To participate in our services, pups must be up-to-date on all their shots including:

  • Bordetella (otherwise known as Canine Cough)
  • Canine Influenza (both strains) – If you only have the first round, that’s okay. Ensure you get the second round prior to boarding.
  • DHLPP (Distemper, Hepatitis, Lepto, ParaInfluenza, Parvo)
  • Rabies (Pup’s older 4-months and older)
  • They MUST also be on flea and tick medicine.

Please upload your vet records to your profile or bring them with you on your introductory day.

We’ll be so excited to meet you and your pup, so brace yourselves for some enthusiasm when you walk through our front door. Please arrive at your scheduled time and make sure you bring update vaccination records if you haven’t already uploaded them.

A manager will greet you upon walking in. We will provide you with a first day guide and walk you to our shop area to avoid other excited kiddos coming in for their day of fun. From there, the manager will talk to you all about your pup, asking probing questions to really get to their personality and what makes them tick. You’ll hang out for about 10 minutes and then we will have you depart once all questions are answered and we have a good feel for who your pup is.

We will wait for you to leave and then walk your fur-baby into the leash area of their respective group. The manager will take their time introducing your pup to dogs of similar personality and breed, different breeds, same sex, opposite sex, different play style and ultimately, place them into a group that matches their personality, play style, and size. The manager will remain in group with your pup until the group settles, then depart. We will watch your pup via cameras and talk to our staff via walkies about how your pup is doing. Around 11am, we will text you with an update as to how they are doing! Please note: If they are not settling or we are unable to get them into group for their safety we will let you know well in advance.

As long as all is well, you may pick-up your pup 3-hours after you dropped-off. If you’re enjoying the break and your pup is having fun, feel free to have them hangout with us for the rest of the day. It’s a free day of daycare. We just ask that you pick-up before we close.

At this time, our facility is not set-up for tours. We’re currently in a growth pattern and are constantly under construction. We hope to be able to offer tours one day, soon!

We are fully transparent with our members. You’ll have access to watch all of the daycare yards via webcam and we will provide high quality images of your pup each day they are with us. We will text you if your pup needs a break, or if we need to reach out about their behavior. We provide photos of special one-on-one time, grooming and anything else they do that you cannot see on camera. As always, feel free to reach out to us if you have any questions!

Each dog will go through the exact same temperament test. We have completed thousands of these, and we are able to tell how a pup is going to do before seeing them in action.

Like people, dogs are energy beings. If we feel your pup’s energy is off due to anxiety, stress or overzealous excitement, we will put your dog first and not allow them into group.

We get many pups who are not socialized and do well, but there are many dogs that are just not daycare dogs, and that is okay. Unfortunately, we are a daycare based facility, and do not allow pups who are not daycare dogs to board unless approved by the General Manager or Owner.

If you have concerns about how your pup may do, please let us know! We can always put you in contact with our trainer first to establish boundaries and basic commands before attempting a temperament test.

Just make sure your pup is happy, healthy and ready to socialize! You’ll want to make sure vaccinations are uploaded before hand or that you bring them with you on the day of.

If your pup is less than a year old or is an adult and needs lunch as a part of their feeding schedule, you are welcome to bring lunch. Please keep in mind, we will require you buy an All Paws lunch bag if you choose to do so.

We will remove all collars unless told not to. If you request your pup keep a collar on, please make sure it is a break away collar. Please NO retractable leashes!

Your very first step is to create an account with us. You can do so by clicking the “create account” link above or the “member portal” button located on the menu bar. It will take about 2 to 5 minutes to complete. We just need some basic information on you and your pup to get started.

Once your account is created, ensure you have the proper vaccinations and that your pup meets our requirements to participate. If all of that is a go, please give us a call at (614) 429-3969 x1 to schedule your pup’s first day! When we get you booked for your first day, they must be scheduled in the morning between 7:30am and 8:00am.

We live up to our slogan: All Shapes, All Sizes, All Breeds! We love our teacups all the way to our mastiffs! While there are inheritable traits that come with each breed, we know each doggo is unique and we treat all puppers equally.
