Pamper Your Pup with a Spa Day at All Paws

Yes! We offer complete baths and nail trimming for felines. However, availability is limited to weekends and one groomer. All cat appointments are to be made by consult only. Please call for scheduling and details.

We don’t recommend bringing a pet with a known flea/tick infestation to our facility prior to treatment. All dogs are required to be on a flea and tick preventative before entering because of the number of pets and people that come through our doors every day. However, if we find fleas on your dog during the grooming process, we will provide a bath and spray in our natural flea and tick products at an additional charge to you.

Appointments typically take anywhere from 1 to 3 hours, but fluctuates based on size of dog and service. For the safety of the pets in our care, we don’t allow parents in the Salon. You’ll be quoted a time at scheduling or drop-off and given a heads-up at least 15 minutes before your pet will be ready. We are a kennel-free grooming facility, so your pet should be picked up within 20 minutes of completion. If it exceeds this and we have to place your pet in our Daycare/Boarding building, there will be a “Care Fee” charge added on for holding your pet in a kennel. If you know you’re going to be more than 20 minutes early dropping off or 20 minutes late picking up, please let us know ASAP in order to plan accordingly.

Grooming can be a stressful time for your pet. There are a lot of noises and pressures put on your dog’s body in a grooming environment, which makes it unsafe for dogs that are pregnant and nursing. We can’t monitor their hormones or heart rate, and wouldn’t be able to guarantee the safety of your pet or their babies.

Dogs in heat are a safety risk at our facility because of the extreme influx of hormones it causes. It can be difficult to maintain the blood and the scent makes other dogs nearby a lot more curious and reactive than usual. Your pet is experiencing a lot of discomfort during their heat cycle, and shouldn’t be exposed to grooming or other stressful situations if at all possible.

Of course! All Paws welcomes all paws, and we’re willing to work with your pet’s special needs. If you have concerns about how your pet will react to grooming or being in the vicinity of other dogs, please call prior to scheduling and speak with someone about procedures and precautions. We’re always going to be willing to try but will also advise you if it’s not a good fit and recommend other options. Ultimately, we want what’s best and safest for the dogs in our care.

We’ll offer additional odor-resolving bathing if you’ve already treated the dog at home. Freshly skunked animals should be bathed a few times before bringing them around other pets and blow drying them, as this spreads the scent. Skunk spray is an oil and is extremely difficult to eradicate. It typically takes 5-8 treatments before the smell will fully dissolve and may still be faint when wet.

We do offer brush-out services at $1 per minute, and require a consultation prior to booking. We’ll work with you on a plan to save and maintain your pet’s fluffy coat if it won’t jeopardize the health of your pet and their skin. If the coat is deemed unsafe to brush by our experienced groomers, we reserve the right to refuse the service.

If your dog isn’t matted, and you want to keep it that way, we also offer Express Blowout services to help maintain their coat between grooms! Ask one of our Salon Staff about it!

We won’t shave or excessively shorten body hair on a double-coated dog. This can cause so many health and coat issues and doesn’t benefit your dog in any way. There are other options if your dog is uncomfortable, itchy or shedding! We’re happy to offer education and resources for parents on proper care of a double coat, just ask!
