FAQs
YES! Please bring everything you feed and administer at home with your pup to boarding. We do not want to mess up their schedules or their tummies. The more we can keep consistent, the better your pup will be mentally, emotionally and physically.
*Please do not bring bowls of any kind. We have pill cutters, can lids, scoops, etc. Leave these at home to ensure we do not lose them.
While we will take your pup’s food in any way you bring it, the easiest option for the staff is to pre-portion every meal into individualized bags. If you are not able to do this, no worries! The staff will do so for you upon check-in.
DO NOT BRING anything your pup can chew, choke on or destroy! If it’s already half chewed, fluff sticking out, or a choking hazard waiting to happen, DO NOT BRING IT. If you know your fur kid is prone to chewing up blankets and beds, ask us to provide your pup with a cot instead.
DO NOT BRING any toys that squeak, as we do not want to disrupt the peace and add a layer of anxiety to the other boarders.
DO NOT BRING bowls of any type. We have a hard time getting these back to you. For that reason, we do have puzzle feeders, licki-matts, and kongs of our own to help with feeding.
FOOD: Please bring all food that your pup eats while at home. Do not change their diet just for boarding. Do you feed raw? That’s okay. We just ask that you bring detailed instructions, so we know exactly what to feed and when.
MEDICINE: Please bring all of your pup’s medication. We can administer as needed. Keep our hours of operation in mind. If your pup needs medicine throughout the night, consider boarding at a vet or with an in-home sitter. We are able to administer insulin shots if needed.
CBD OR OTHER CALMING MEDICINE: If you know your pup will have a hard time being away from you, feel free to bring them with CBD or other calming medicine to help them sleep at night and reduce their overall anxiousness.
KENNEL ITEMS: Please bring anything that will help them find comfort during their stay. Blankets, appropriately sized toys, long-lasting chew toys, and beds that are fully intact.
Make Sure Your Fur-baby Is Qualified To Attend
- All fur-kids must be 4 months or older OR 3 months and up-to-date on all required vaccinations for their age.
- They must be spayed or neutered if 7 months of age or older. We do make special exceptions with a veterinarian note explaining that you’re waiting due to health reasons.
- All pups must be both human and dog friendly to join in on the fun.
Ask Your Vet For Updated Records
To participate in our services, pups must be up-to-date on all their shots including:
- Bordetella (otherwise known as Canine Cough)
- Canine Influenza (both strains) – If you only have the first round, that’s okay.
- Ensure you get the second round prior to boarding.
- DHLPP (Distemper, Hepatitis, Lepto, ParaInfluenza, Parvo)
- Rabies (Pup’s older 4 months and older)
- They MUST also be on flea and tick medicine.
Please upload your vet records to your profile or bring them with you on your introductory day.
Lights out is typically around 8:30 pm during the week 9:00 pm on the weekend. Doggos are let out in the morning around 6:00 am during the week and 7:00 am during the weekend.
We do not currently have a person on-site overnight. Once our lights are out, the pups are passed out and sound asleep. We want to ensure they get the best rest possible, making sure they are undisturbed. Don’t worry, though. We have surveillance cameras watching their every move along with a best-in-class alarm system loaded with smoke detectors & CO2 detectors. We are located only a few blocks away from the nearest fire station.
All Paws was created to fuse the best quality care for our fur-babies with providing the best quality customer service for our hooman members. With this, we have created a transparent environment that lets you, the pet pawrent, check in on your pups via our webcams while in daycare, receive sharable photo updates each day, text messaging that reaches the front desk at any given point and access to the best customer service in the business! We also provide a one-stop-shop, so members have access to not only daycare but boarding, grooming, training, enrichment, our shop and more!
Check-in is anytime during business hours on the day of drop-off. During the week, we are open 7am-7pm, Saturdays 8 am – 5 pm, & Sundays 8 am – 4 pm.
Check-out is before 12 pm. Pick ups after this time will be charged for daycare i.e. $24 for up to 5 hours and $34 thereafter. If you cannot pick up by the time we close that day, you will be charged for an extra night.
We begin feeding our doggos after they are let out, pottied, watered and decompressed. We begin on weekdays around 6:15 am and 7:15 am on weekends. We complete breakfast about an hour later.
We will administer lunches for those doggos that need them around 11 am. If pups decide to skip breakfast, they will be fed again at lunch.
Dinner is fed once pups are put in their kennels after the daycare closes. This is typically around 6:30/7 pm. If pups do not eat dinner, we will attempt to get them to eat and leave it overnight if necessary.
The short answer is, yes. Pups are out and about while daycare is in session, however, if they are cranky, acting sore, or not taking the time to rest, we will give them kennel breaks throughout the day or even give them a day off to fully rest.
There is a 50% deposit required for all boarding reservations. All boarding reservations must be canceled no less than 72 hours prior to the scheduled reservation start time and date. Any cancellations after this time will result in a forfeit of the entire deposit. No changes can be made after 72 hours. You’ll be required to pay the full original reservation amount upon check-out.
