Build an Unbreakable Bond: Dog Training that Deepens Your Connection
Forge a deeper connection through training methods that empower your dog and enhance your relationship.
It’s never too late! At All Paws, we believe any dog can benefit from training. Our adaptable programs cater to all ages, providing mental stimulation and improving your dog’s quality of life. Here’s why age is just a number:
Adaptable Programs: Our customized training programs cater to your dog’s individual learning style and physical capabilities, regardless of age.
Cognitive Stimulation: Training provides mental stimulation and enrichment for senior dogs, keeping their minds sharp and preventing cognitive decline.
Improved Quality of Life: Even small changes in behavior can significantly improve your senior dog’s quality of life and your relationship with them.
Pay as You Go: We know training prices can be daunting! Our private lessons are priced as individual lessons. This ensures you get as many lessons as you need, without paying for a package you may not need!
The result? A happier, more well-behaved dog, no matter their age!
We understand. That’s why we offer;
Free Consultations: Discuss your goals and create a customized plan.
Mix-and-Match Options: Choose from daycare/board and trains, private lessons, and group classes.
Long-Term Value: Prevent problem behaviors and reduce stress.
Flexible Scheduling: Variety of training times and formats to fit your busy life.
Daycare/Board and Train: Combine training with daycare or boarding for a comprehensive experience. Please note, dogs must be pre-approved for daycare to qualify for this option.
Personalized Support: Ongoing guidance, even outside of sessions.
The benefit? A priceless bond with your well-behaved companion without breaking the bank.

We’ve had an incredible experience with both their training program and doggy daycare. The staff is knowledgeable, patient, and clearly passionate about what they do.
My dog, Ozzy loves to go to “Doggy Daycare” at All Paws Retreat. He likes playing and socializing with other dogs. I like that it’s close to home and easy to access. The staff at All Paws are great! I love the photos they take and send to me each day that Ozzy is there. It’s also comforting to be able to check-in on Ozzy throughout the day via the Member Portal and live cameras. I would recommend this facility to everyone in need of daycare, boarding, training and grooming!
We were referred to Tara at All Paws for training our rescue dog, and we cannot recommend her enough!
Tackle specific challenges like leash reactivity, separation anxiety, basic obedience, advanced obedience and resource guarding with personalized, one-on-one attention.

Cana has been passionate about animals for as long as she can remember—growing up on a farm provided the perfect opportunity to develop that interest.
She began handling dogs in the show ring as a junior handler and gained early experience working with a variety of breeds in professional settings. Over the years, she has expanded her skills through professional pet sitting, dog walking, and even volunteering as a “victim” for search and rescue training teams, an interest she is pursuing further.
Today, Cana and her dog Bohdi (pictured) enjoy a wide range of activities together, including conformation, barn hunt, fast CAT, and scentwork. Bohdi is already a Champion in conformation and holds a Canine Good Citizen title, with more accomplishments on the horizon.
Cana is dedicated not only to training her own dog but also to advancing her knowledge of canine behavior and training. She’s committed to continuing her education and building connections with other trainers and professionals to bring the best practices to every dog-and-handler team she works with.

Hello, my name is Sierra Rowe. I am the Head Trainer at All Paws Retreat. I have devoted my life to helping creatures of all shapes and sizes. From squirrels to scorpions to ferrets to frogs, I began rescuing animals at an early age. My pet care career began at the early age of 18. Landing a job at a large local pet resort changed my whole life. After years of different pet daycares, and resorts, I stumbled upon the opportunity for a phenomenal internship. This is where I truly found my niche. I have spent the past 5 years of daily hands-on experience working everything from puppies, anxious, fearful, aggressive and service dogs. Needless to say, after 10 years in pet care, and 5 years of dog training, I am equipped and ready to work with dogs of all shapes, sizes, and “spice levels.”
When I’m not busy with animals, I enjoy shopping, reality tv, and snuggling with my many pets!
Fun fact: I love everything Halloween, Horror, and spooky

All training and consultations get scheduled directly through our Head Trainer! You can feel free to call 614-429-3969 (Ext 3), email (tara@allpawsretreat.com), or click to fill out our Consultation Request Form. Consultations take place at our facility and take 30-45 minutes. Consultations are free to ensure we are picking the best program for you and your pup!
For group classes, we do require payment to save your spot in class. For private lessons, we generally do “pay as you go” to add to the flexibility of our programs. Some people do choose to pay upfront, but we don’t offer discounts for “packages”.
We can take cash, credit card, or check! All payments go through our secured member portal. We do require that you keep a card on file with us, but you can pay using any of the above options.
We have a wide variety of options to choose from. At our free consultations, we can help you determine which is right for your family. Generally, group classes follow a specific curriculum and don’t have as much individualized attention. Private lessons have flexibility for curriculum and allows you and your pup to have private training geared towards your pace!
Currently, all of our training takes place at our facility. This allows our trainers to help as many families as possible. We will sometimes do in-homes, but only after finishing training at the facility. In-homes are charged by the hour, including the drive to and from the facility.
We offer lessons with and without pawrents participation. If you choose to participate, you get to learn along side of your pup! That means you learn about doggy psychology, how to teach new behaviors, and how to work on problem behaviors. In the future, you can use these skills with confidence if/when new problems arise!
If you choose to do drop off training, our trainer will take some photos and videos during their time with your pup. They will also send a text or email discussing how your pup did, and what you should be working on at home. If you choose to do this option, we highly recommend a couple lessons with your participation so that you can learn what your pup knows and ensure you are practicing correctly at home.
Our cancelation policy for group classes allows 1 missed class with a free make-up lesson. If you miss more than 1 class, you will need to pay for a 30-minute private lesson to get caught up.
Our cancelation policy for private lessons (drop-offs or with parents) requires 24 hours’ notice. Without 24 hours’ notice, we do charge a $50 cancelation fee. Our hardworking trainers have very tight schedules, so this ensures that we can help as many pups as possible!
After graduating from private lessons, many owners participate in our specialty group classes. We offer brewery training (when weather permits), park visits, and advanced obedience classes. After graduation, you are always welcome to text/call/email your trainer with further questions. If it is something that requires an additional lesson, we ask that you come in for a tune-up lesson.
At All Paws Retreat, we’re committed to helping you build an unbreakable bond with your beloved companion.
